1. The renter must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.
2. The renter is responsible for any damage or loss to the rental vehicle during the rental period.
3. The renter must provide a security deposit at the time of booking.
4. The rental period is typically based on a 24-hour day, with additional charges for late returns or over operation hours.
5. The rental vehicle should be returned in the same condition as when it was rented, with a same tank of gas level when it was rented.
6. The renter is responsible for any traffic violations or parking tickets incurred during the rental period.
7. The rental company reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual at their discretion.
8. Cancellation policies and fees may apply for cancellations made within a certain timeframe before the rental period.
9. The renter should thoroughly inspect the rental vehicle for any pre-existing damage before accepting the vehicle for rental.
10. Pick up and return point within Bukit Mertajam area will be free of charge. Any other pick up and return point besides Bukit Mertajam will have additional charges.
11. Daily travel mileage shall not over 300km. Vehicle rental fee will be higher for planning daily travel more than 300km rental.
